Property description Wer kennt ihn nicht, den Lügenbaron Münchhausen, der angeblich auf einer Kanonenkugel umherflog oder sich selbst samt Pferd am eigenen Schopf aus dem Sumpf zog? Mit einer Meerschaumpfeife im Mund und einem Glas Punsch in der Hand erzählte Hieronymus Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Münchhausen (1720-1797) in geselliger Runde gerne abenteuerliche Geschichten aus seiner Zeit im russischen Regiment.
Einige davon erlebte er vermutlich in Dunte im heutigen Lettland. Dort befindet sich im wieder aufgebauten Gutshaus des berühmten Lügenbarons ein Münchhausen-Museum.
Unweit des Museums, inmitten eines wunderschönen und erholsamen Gebietes befindet sich der Zugang über den angrenzenden Wald hin zu diesem Filetstück von einem Grundstück.
Das Grundstück verfügt über einen eigenen Strand.
Der Sandstrand erstreckt sich über eine Länge von 12 Kilometern und eine Breite von 20 bis 40 Metern an der Vidzeme-Küste des Golfs von Riga, wo sich die einzigen Sandsteinaufschlüsse in Lettland an den Ufern der Ostsee befinden.

Who does not know him, the lying baron Münchhausen, who allegedly flew around on a cannon ball or pulled himself and his horse out of the swamp by his own hair? With a pipe in his mouth and a glass of punch in his hand, Hieronymus Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Münchhausen (1720-1797) liked to tell adventurous stories from his time in the Russian regiment in convivial company.
He probably experienced some of them in Dunte in present-day Latvia. There you can find a Münchhausen museum in the rebuilt manor house of the famous baron of lies.
Not far from the museum, in the middle of a beautiful and relaxing area, there is access via the adjacent forest to this piece of land.
The property has its own beach.
The sandy beach extends over a length of 12 kilometres and a wide of 20 to 40 metres on the Vidzeme coast of the Gulf of Riga, where the only sandstone outcrops in Latvia are located on the shores of the Baltic Sea.

Кто не знает его, лживого барона Мюнхгаузена, который якобы летал на пушечном ядре или вытащил себя и свою лошадь из болота за свои волосы? Иероним Карл Фридрих Фрайхерр фон Мюнхгаузен (1720-1797) любил рассказывать авантюрные истории из своего пребывания в русском полку в монастырской роте.
Вероятно, некоторые из них он испытал в Дунте на территории современной Латвии. В перестроенной усадьбе знаменитого барона лжи находится музей Мюнхгаузена.
Недалеко от музея, в центре красивой и спокойной зоны, есть доступ через прилегающий лес к этому участку земли.
У дома есть собственный пляж.
Песчаный пляж протяженностью 12 километров и шириной от 20 до 40 метров расположен на Видземском побережье Рижского залива, где на берегу Балтийского моря находятся единственные в Латвии выходы песчаниковых пород. Equipment/Features Besonderheiten des Grundstückes:

Der Ort liegt in Vidzeme an der Rigaer Bucht zwischen Saulkrasti und Salacgrīva an der A1 etwa 60 km nördlich von Riga. Er ist Teil der Gemeinde Liepupe.
Historie:
Der Ort entstand um das ehemalige Landgut Ruthern (lett.: Duntes muiža) des livländischen Adelsgeschlechts von Dunten, aus dem Jacobine von Dunten hervorging. Sie heiratete im Jahre 1744 in der Kirche zu Pernigel (heute: Liepupe) den Baron Münchhausen. Mit ihm lebte sie bis 1750 hier. Aus dieser Zeit stammen einige seiner abenteuerlichen Geschichten. 1750 zogen sie auf sein Gut in Bodenwerder, wo Jacobine 1790 starb.

Dunte (German: Dunteshof) is a place in Latvia, situated at the Riga Bay north of Riga.
The place is located in Vidzeme at the Riga Bay between Saulkrasti and Salacgrīva at the A1 about 60 km north of Riga. It is part of the Liepupe municipality.
The history of Liepupe:
The village developed around the former Ruthern estate (Lat.: Duntes muiža) of the Livonian noble family of Dunten, from which Jacobine von Dunten emerged. In 1744 she married Baron Münchhausen in the church at Pernigel (today: Liepupe). She lived here with him until 1750. Some of his adventurous stories date from this time. In 1750 they moved to his estate in Bodenwerder, where Jacobine died in 1790.

Деревня развивалась вокруг бывшего Рутхернского имения (Lat.: Duntes muiža) лифляндского дворянского рода Дунтенов, из которого вышла Якобина фон Дунтен. В 1744 году она вышла замуж за барона Мюнхгаузена в церкви Пернигеля (ныне Лиепупе). Она жила здесь с ним до 1750 года. Некоторые из его приключенческих историй датируются этим временем. В 1750 году они переехали в его поместье в Боденвердере, где в 1790 году умер Якобин.
